The Oseberg Delta 2 project scope consists of two new templates that are connected to the Oseberg Field Center.
REINERTSEN will perform topside modifications related to supply for export gas to Tune Flow Line 2 and associated safety systems.
The work will be executed as an EPCI contract (Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Installation). The installation and completion part is executed by an integrated team together with Statoil (ICC model).
The contract is executed as an ICC pilot. This means that REINERTSEN is responsible for work preparation by using SAP and ProCoSys, including issue of work orders with MTOs which is based on input from REINERTSENs system for the detail engineering. The offshore work is carried out by REINERTSEN and by the ICC organization consistant thing of personnel from Statoil and REINERTSEN.
REINERTSEN provides personnel, facilities and perform all necessary activities such as administration, planning, engineering, procurement, prefabrication, offshore work, logistics, interface administration, preservation, mechanical completion, commissioning, decommissioning and LCI required for the work. Special focus is given on delivery of LCI during the entire project phase.
The project is executed with management, engineering and procurement in REINERTSENs offices in Trondheim. Fabrication is mainly performed in REINERTSENs fabrication yard in Murmansk. Some fabrication is performed in REINERTSENs fabrication yard at Orkanger.
The contract was kicked off in May 2013 and the planned completion is two years later. Offshore installation started in January 2014.
