Life Cycle Services is a new segment within Life Cycle which targets the next generation aftermarket, both within renewables and within traditional oil and gas. The focus areas are (1) operational services, including robotics and drones, inspection and asset integrity, (2) data driven services developed based on decades of experience and (3) renewables aftermarket, including offshore wind. Life Cycle Services is a global team currently operating in Norway, UK, US and Canda and consists of 400 highly skilled professionals. Life Cycle Services is mandated to be the incubator of new cutting-edge offerings and technologies within the Life Cycle segment relevant for both the traditional and energy transition agenda. We are now looking to strengthen our team with a Business Development Manager for Life Cycle Services.

The position can be based in Bergen, Stavanger or Trondheim.

• Using your competence, business or project experience and creativity to identify new marked opportunities within the renewables aftermarket, integrity & inspection services, drones & robotics or other future oriented services enabling remote and autonomous operations utilizing data analytics and artificial intelligence.
• Identifying our business strengths to further develop and transform them into new opportunities.
• Building strong relationships with existing and new Clients & Partners, ensuring that we are always aligned with their needs and with Life Cycle goals in mind.
• Collaborating across Aker Companies, Aker Solutions’ segments, BD teams and KAM’s to create opportunities and develop differentiated winning strategies, offerings and delivery models.
• Executing prequalification key control documentation, coordinating tendering efforts and ensure full market oversight.
• Using your business development and project execution knowledge and experience to stay ahead of trends and emerging opportunities.

• Minimum 10 years of experiences with similar offerings and technologies
• Client and performance-oriented, good cooperative skills, ability to drive work processes and coordinate and take responsibility for BD activities
• Good communication skills, both written and oral in Norwegian and English
